Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped by default using standard delivery, which is usually delivered within 7 business days. The specific delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address.
Expedited Delivery: For faster delivery service, please select expedited delivery at checkout. Expedited delivery can usually be completed within 2-3 business days, but additional delivery fees may be required.
2. Delivery Fees
Free Shipping: All orders over $150 (in the continental United States) enjoy free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping Fees: For orders less than $150, standard shipping fees vary depending on the delivery address and weight, and the fees will be displayed at checkout.
- Remote Area Surcharge: Some remote or special areas (such as island areas or remote suburbs) may require additional delivery fees, which will be displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Area
- Continental United States: We ship to all 50 states.
- Overseas Shipping: We currently only ship to the United States. If you are overseas, we recommend that you use a forwarding service.
4. Shipping Tim
- Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping time may be delayed due to order volume, weather, holidays or other unforeseen factors, and we will promptly notify you of updates on the status of your order.
- If you choose expedited shipping, it can usually be delivered within 2-3 business days.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information via email, and you can check the shipping status of your package at any time.
- If you do not receive your package or have any delivery issues, please contact our customer service team in time.
6. Shipping Address
- Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. Incorrect address information may result in shipping delays or wrong delivery.

7. Product Packaging and Delivery
- Our furniture products will be professionally packaged according to their size and weight. Large furniture (such as bed frames, wardrobes, etc.) will be delivered by professional logistics companies, and you may need to make an appointment for delivery.
- Small products (such as mattresses, bedding, accessories, etc.) will be delivered by regular delivery companies.
8. Receipt and Sign for Delivery
- Upon receipt, please be sure to check the appearance of the package to confirm that the goods are intact. If you find that the package is damaged or the items are damaged, please record and take photos for evidence when signing for them, and contact us within 24 hours to deal with it.
- When signing for the goods, if there is no problem with the goods, please confirm that they are correct and sign.
